Our store's return and cancellation policies are categorized below. Please review each section carefully.
1. Cancellation Due to Customer Convenience (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it via your purchase history. However, cancellation may not be possible within 30 minutes if:
- The order was placed without a Rakuten membership.
- It is a pre-order, subscription, or distribution item.
- An earliest delivery date was specified during checkout.
2. Cancellation After 30 Minutes (Based on Item Type)
For Immediate Delivery Items:
Orders placed after 1:00 PM the day before shipment and before 1:00 PM on the shipping day may be canceled until 2:00 PM on the shipping day without any charges.
For Made-to-Order Items:
- (A) If you contact us by 3:00 PM the business day after payment confirmation, cancellations will be accepted without fee.
- (B) If you cancel after this period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product price will apply.
Note: Limited edition or customized items (engraving, custom stones, etc.) cannot be canceled.
3. Refunds Due to Customer Convenience
- Full refund is issued under condition (A) above.
- Under condition (B), a 10% cancellation fee is deducted.
- Credit card payments will be refunded by reversing the charge. Contact your card provider for processing time.
- Regular points are refunded. Expired limited-time points will not be refunded.
4. Refunds & Exchanges Due to Product Defects
- Contact customer support immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective product.
- We will offer a full refund or exchange, including shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all labels/tickets attached.
