Cancellations and returns (refunds and exchanges)

Our store's conditions are as follows. Please check the links below for details.

Cancellation for Customer Consequences (Before Product Shipping): You can cancel

your order within 30 minutes of placing it, regardless of the reason, from your purchase history

  • However, in the following cases, cancellations may not be possible even within 30 minutes:
  • Orders made without a Rakuten membership
  • Pre-order/Subscription/Distribution Orders
  • Orders with the earliest delivery date specified in the delivery date and time specification.

Also, for cancellations made more than 30 minutes after placing an order, please refer to the following conditions.

If you contact us by email, chat, or phone within the following cancellation period:

For Immediate Delivery Items:

(A) For items ordered after 1:00 PM the day before and before 1:00 PM on the day of shipment, cancellations will be accepted without fee until 2:00 PM on the day of shipment.

For Made-to-Order Items :

Since production begins after payment confirmation, cancellations must be made in one of the following ways:

  • (A) If you contact us by 3:00 PM the business day after payment confirmation, cancellations will be accepted without fee.
  • (B) Please note that cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee (10% of the total product price).

Please note that some items, such as limited edition items and items made with special specifications (such as engraving or changes to the stone grade) cannot be canceled. Please check our business calendar

for our store's closed days . Cancellations by phone are accepted during business hours . Refunds: The payment amount will be refunded as follows, depending on the terms and conditions. For terms (A), the full payment will be refunded. For terms (B), the order amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee (10% of the product price). For credit card payments, we will cancel the charge. Please contact your card company for details. Regular points will be refunded upon cancellation. Please check your point history to confirm whether your points have been refunded . Please note that if you cancel or adjust the amount after the expiration date of your limited-time points, the points will be considered expired and will not be refunded.
