You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, regardless of the reason, from your purchase history.
Cancellations may not be possible, even within 30 minutes, for:
Orders made without a Rakuten membership
Pre-orders, subscriptions, or distribution orders
Orders with the earliest delivery date specified
Immediate Delivery Items:
Orders placed after 1:00 PM the previous day and before 1:00 PM on the shipping day can be canceled without fee until 2:00 PM on the day of shipment.
Made-to-Order Items:
(A) Contact us by 3:00 PM the business day after payment confirmation → cancellation accepted without fee.
(B) Cancellations made after this period will incur a 10% cancellation fee (of the total product price).
⚠️ Limited edition items or those with special specifications (e.g., engraving, custom stone grading) cannot be canceled.
for our store's closed days . Cancellations by phone are accepted during business hours . Refunds: The payment amount will be refunded as follows, depending on the terms and conditions. For terms (A), the full payment will be refunded. For terms (B), the order amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee (10% of the product price). For credit card payments, we will cancel the charge. Please contact your card company for details. Regular points will be refunded upon cancellation. Please check your point history to confirm whether your points have been refunded . Please note that if you cancel or adjust the amount after the expiration date of your limited-time points, the points will be considered expired and will not be refunded.

The product must be unused and in original condition.
Tags must remain attached (tag-removed items cannot be refunded).
Quality assurance or appraisal certificates must be returned with the product.
Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping and fees.
Refund amount = Product price – (Shipping fee + Payment/shipping fee ¥1,100 + Bank transfer fee, if applicable).
Product must be shipped back within two weeks of our confirmation.
If unable to return within two weeks, contact us; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused and in original condition.
Tags must remain attached (tag-removed items cannot be exchanged).
If exchanging for a different product, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one.
